Verifies the prior audit's remediation wave commit-by-commit, inventories what remains open (frontend CI/tests, Stripe SDK, integration suites), and documents new verified findings: queue retry backoff no-op, completion without lock-owner check, advisory-only job timeouts, frontend refresh-flow defects, and localStorage tokens without CSP. Includes prioritized milestones, quick wins, and implementation sketches. Analysis only — no code changed.
