Add Notifications component and streamline cache invalidation in queries

This commit introduces the Notifications component from Mantine to the App, enhancing user feedback for actions. Additionally, it refactors cache invalidation logic in several mutation hooks to ensure sequential operations, improving data consistency and reducing stale content issues. Unused authentication token retrievals have been removed for cleaner code.
